1. Returns
a. Eligibility: We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
b. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at DoubtFreeAZ.LLC@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
c. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds
a. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
b. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at DoubtFreeAZ.LLC@gmail.com.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at DoubtFreeAZ.LLC@gmail.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
